Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy construction-focused office. This is a contract opportunity covering a leave of absence, with strong potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs. This role is primarily focused on email-based customer support, coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. About Our Client:

Manage and respond to incoming customer service emails from clients and field teams Coordinate scheduling of field personnel and supervisors for service and repair work Handle inbound calls on a shared customer service line (limited volume) Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including basic job costing assistance Maintain accurate records within internal job tracking systems Perks:
