Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required. Preferred Qualification: Bilingual (English to Spanish, Spanish to English) Additional Information
