5:00pm) Starting Pay
Depends on Experience, $12 per hour, $35,000 Annual Salary Benefits

High School Diploma/GED Required Experience
At least 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, inventory control, or related fields
Responsibilities
-Respond to customer requests regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications. -Update customer forecasts in ERP system weekly and perform data entry into BI System for the Sales Department -Create, enter, and manage sales orders within the ERP system, as well as maintain import and outbound logs -Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication. -Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. -Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and proactively address shortages.
Qualifications -HS Diploma/GED required -2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, inventory control or related fields -Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills -Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP helpful, but not required) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required -Knowledge of supply chain processes and distribution preferred
