Primary Responsibilities: Inventory preparation: vehicle cleaning/detailing, necessary reconditioning, transport vehicle to and from various locations and vendors, assist in vehicle evaluations & appraisals, perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on inventory and physical facility, accomplish assigned tasks by use of tools and supplies provided by The Company. Lot Presentation: Arrange vehicles on lot according to the direction of Management, display proper signs, flags, lettering and selected advertising items as directed, maintain lot cleanliness to display a professional public appearance, remove trash, weeds, snow and ice from vehicles and property as directed. Daily Assignments: Document and report vehicle deficiencies, fuel vehicles as needed, lock vehicles at close of business, account for all inventory keys, keep shop area neat and orderly, greet customers and prospective customers in a friendly and appropriate manner, collect information about customers, participate in all aspects of the The Company sales process (as directed), assist in collections and repossessions, receive and receipt customer payments, register each Visitor / Guest on Weekly Drawing slip, make sure every prospective customer meets another The Company associate, act as a direct representative of the Owner, General Manager, and Manager of The Company. Additional Duties: Assist in housekeeping activities and maintenance chores, as needed, to insure that The Company reflects a positive and professional public appearance, keep current on all dealership policies and procedures (as set forth in the The Company "Policy and Procedure Manual), Maintain a valid/current Oklahoma Driver's License, be proficient in "List Making", relay essential information, as needed, to other Associates, perform and additional duties which may be deemed necessary for the successful operation of The Company, Strictly adhere to the company "Employee Handbook".
