
Consumer Loan Funding Specialist - Seasonal

This role is seasonal- through September 2026. Not eligible for sponsorship Responsibilities
Process incoming mail to prepare files for funding Accurately compliance indirect deals received from dealers to identify loan exceptions. Properly process exceptions, including communication with a lender and/or dealer Using the consumer loan origination system, accurately complete the process to fund indirect deals received from dealers Complete follow-up with dealers and/or lenders to resolve aged funding exceptions Responsible for researching and resolving dealer inquiries via phone calls and/or e-mail requests. The bank's customer service standards will be met during all dealer interactions Maintain a thorough understanding of the funding process in order to accurately complete daily tasks and successfully resolve issues utilizing an analytical thought process Complete daily and weekly funding tasks, adhering to the funding performance metrics for production and error rates Identify opportunities, make suggestions and initiate discussion with the supervisor as needed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the funding process Complete ongoing internal education opportunities to sustain broad base of product, service and technical knowledge Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned Competencies

Related work experience preferred Possible minimal travel (scheduled) between Mount Vernon and Newark locations. Physical Requirements
Office environment which requires long periods of sitting and/or keyboard work. Schedule
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and generally 37.50-40 hours. This position is onsite in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
