This established, national commercial general contractor is expanding their regional business in Atlanta, GA and looking for a Project Director to drive business growth. With national and local expertise in aviation, mission critical, higher-education, commercial development, and healthcare as Project Director, you will spearhead expansion, taking advantage of the broader business portfolio of completed projects, its marketing department, and national footprint to help expand the Atlanta regional office. You will lead teams and project pursuits through client acquisition, bid preparation, contract negotiation, and contract award whilst supporting the Regional V.P. with strategic planning and decision making.
