Overview
Carenet Health is offering a remote work-from-home position for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. The role includes outreach and support for patients and members via phone and email, assisting with scheduling and benefits, and conducting surveys.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers.
Outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventive health screenings and assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments.
Help patients make decisions that enhance their healthcare experience.
Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information.
Conduct outbound survey calls.
Make a difference in someone’s life.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding).
Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated caring and compassion.
Ability to provide at least two monitors, 22 inches with HDMI and DisplayPort.
Compensation & Benefits Wage: $15.00 per hour.
