About the Role The Junior Retail Sales Coordinator role is centered around customer engagement, retail sales support, and brand representation. You’ll work inside retail environments across the Charlotte area, interacting directly with shoppers to introduce products, answer questions, and assist with promotions and purchases.
What You’ll Do
Engage with customers face‑to‑face inside retail locations
Introduce products, services, and current promotions
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly
Provide a professional, positive customer experience
Support retail marketing campaigns and in‑store promotions
Assist customers with product selection and sales processes
Track daily interactions and report on sales activity
Work with your team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working in a face‑to‑face retail environment
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing setting
Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus — but not required
