A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced
Real Estate Legal Assistant
to join its dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support high-level attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to real estate attorneys Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, and loan packages Manage and review
HUD-1/Closing Disclosure statements , ensuring accuracy and compliance Coordinate real estate closings, including scheduling, document execution, and post-closing follow-up Order and review title, survey, and lien search documents Maintain and organize transaction files and due diligence materials Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties Track key deadlines and assist with transaction timelines Handle billing, time entry, and expense reports as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Legal Assistant, preferably within a law firm Strong experience working with
