Job Title: Senior Mobile Systems/ Intune Engineer Location: Boston, MA 02108 (On- Site) Primary Skills: Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory,Endpoint,MDM/MAM, PowerShell, Windows, iOS, macOS Description: Core MDM Responsibilities Migration & Tenant Management: Execute cross-platform migrations (e.g., transitioning assets from Workspace One to Microsoft Intune) while maintaining profile parity and security compliance. Intune experience is a must. Workspace One experience will help during migration. Profile & Policy Engineering: Design and deploy Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and App Protection Policies (APP) for a diverse fleet of Apple devices. Automated Provisioning: Architect and maintain zero-touch deployment workflows using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) to minimize manual setup time. Application Lifecycle Management: Manage the enterprise app catalog, including VPP license assignment, wrapping LOB (Line of Business) apps, and pushing critical updates without disrupting end-user workflows. Certificates and token renewals. Hands-On & Analytical Support Clinical Hardware Optimization: Perform "boots on the ground" support for clinical mobile hardware, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac mini docking stations, ensuring high availability in a 24/7 environment. Identity Integration: Troubleshoot SSO and authentication flows involving Imprivata Mobile Access Management (MAM) and Azure AD (Entra ID). Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze MDM console data to generate enrollment trends, hardware refresh cycles, and compliance audits for leadership. Process Refinement: Translate physical support challenges into technical policy changes to reduce recurring "touch" requirements for the IT team. End-User Consultations: Conduct one-on-one sessions for complex device migrations, ensuring a seamless transition for staff during major infrastructure shifts.
