Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking
Commercial Landscaper
to maintain and enhance the appearance of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial parks, and homeowner associations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety standards, and works effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality landscaping services. Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding Plant, mulch, fertilize, and maintain turf, shrubs, trees, and flower beds Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs as needed Remove debris, leaves, and litter to maintain clean and professional grounds Follow work schedules, site plans, and supervisor instructions Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles Communicate any property issues or plant health concerns to supervisors or crew leaders Qualifications & Requirements Previous commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus Valid driver's license preferred (for driving company vehicles, if required) Work Environment & Schedule Outdoor work at commercial properties Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, and seasonal overtime Full-time and part-time positions may be available
