Digital Channels Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 8+ years of experience in web and mobile architecture. • Hands-on with vibe coding is added advantage. • Excellent communication and client advisory skills. • Deep expertise in React JS, React Native, and Angular (mandatory). • Working knowledge of Flutter, Vue.js, Next.js, and Node.js is a plus. • Experience with headless CMS, DXP platforms, and API-first architectures. • Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO, and performance optimization. • Experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Roles & Responsibilities • Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using React JS, React Native, and Angular across web and mobile channels. • Experience in vibe coding by leveraging tools/products • Drive solution design for hybrid and cross-platform mobile apps, with Flutter as a value-add. • Collaborate with design, content, and engineering teams to deliver immersive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences. • Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, and performance benchmarks. • Lead client workshops, platform evaluations, and roadmap planning for digital channel modernization. • Integrate with CMS, analytics, and marketing platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely) for personalized experiences. • Guide teams on DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment strategies. Education Bachelors Degree

Salary Range: $180000 - $230000 a year
