Role Description The Regional Foodservice Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid position based in Houston, TX, offering a mix of in-office and remote work opportunities. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships within the foodservice sector, managing accounts, and driving business growth in the region. The Sales Manager will collaborate with both the internal team and external stakeholders to address customer needs and expand Antone's presence in the market.
Qualifications Experience in Food Service and a strong understanding of the foodservice industry Skills in Business Planning and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management High-level Customer Service skills with a customer-focused approach Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities Previous experience in a management or leadership role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
