Your New Role
Prepare accurate estimates from plans, specifications, and bid documents in Louisville, KY
Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis
Use PlanSwift and Bluebeam for estimating and document review
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
Collaborate with project managers to align scope, budgets, and timelines
Review contracts, scopes, and change orders for financial accuracy
Maintain organized bid documentation and track project data
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
