About The Role
PIMS is looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role focuses on project coordination, marketing operations, analytics, market research, content management, and cross‑functional communication to help drive business growth and ensure consistent brand alignment.
You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, client services, and external partners to support integrated marketing efforts and keep projects on track from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Content Coordination
Support the execution of marketing strategies aligned with PIMS’ brand and business objectives.
Develop and refine copy for campaigns, presentations, newsletters, and internal communications.
Assist in creating, editing, and organizing marketing content—including copy, visual assets, and light design work—to ensure brand consistency.
Contribute to the development of case studies, client presentations, blog posts, and thought‑leadership materials.
Manage content organization and publishing across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, designers, editors, agencies) to support the production of marketing materials.
Capture and organize project photography in partnership with the Graphic Designer.
Maintain and manage marketing timelines, publishing calendars, and campaign schedules.
Marketing Optimization & Campaign Support
Support ongoing Salesforce maintenance and assist with CRM management, including updating records, maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and collaborating with Client Services and Sales teams to optimize CRM‑driven workflows.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Partner with the Client Services and Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support a cohesive customer journey.
Identify and recommend effective marketing channels to enhance audience reach and engagement.
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, partnerships, and events.
Support content capture and event coverage at PIMS and industry events.
Digital Marketing & SEO Support
Assist in executing digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Implement and monitor SEO best practices to strengthen website visibility and conversion performance.
Support SEO and SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic and brand awareness.
Contribute to planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across applicable platforms.
Market Analysis, Reporting & CRM Management
Support Salesforce maintenance by updating records, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports.
Track, analyze, and interpret marketing metrics, including KPIs and campaign performance.Prepare regular performance summaries that inform strategy and support decision‑making.
Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and consumer research, including attending industry events as a PIMS representative.
Provide data‑driven insights to enhance marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
Assist in monitoring internal and client marketing budgets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Operational Support & Cross‑Functional Coordination
Maintain calendars for industry events, marketing initiatives, and campaign activities.
Support project management tasks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate across departments to maintain alignment and consistent communication throughout projects.
Competitive Strategy
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Contribute to the development of strategies that differentiate PIMS and capitalize on market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Experience with market research, analytics, or reporting
Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and paid media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe preferred)
