DNO Produce is a produce wholesaler based in Columbus, Ohio, serving schools and other partners across multiple states with fresh-cut and bulk fruits and vegetables. A big part of our work is supporting child nutrition programs and helping make fresh produce more approachable, engaging, and accessible for kids. In this role, you will help tell the story of our mission, highlight the work we do to support kids and child nutrition, and create content that connects our audience to the incredible people behind DNO Produce. We are looking for someone who can turn everyday moments, team stories, and mission-driven work into content that feels engaging, thoughtful, and real. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a social media calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Develop photo, video, reel, and graphic content tailored to each platform Help identify what types of content perform best on each channel and adjust strategy accordingly Stay current on social media trends and bring forward ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and on‑brand Support the creation of engaging content that reflects quality over quantity Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content planning, brand direction, and campaign ideas Assist with capturing and organizing content assets for future use Conduct basic social media audits of what’s working and what isn’t Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across social platforms Who We’re Looking For A current student or emerging professional in marketing, graphic design, communications, content creation , or a related field Someone with a strong social media, design, or content portfolio that shows creativity and platform awareness Comfortable creating photo, video, and long‑form content for brands Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook content styles and best practices A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas and keeping content current Organized, dependable, and able to manage a content calendar Someone who values quality content over high volume Preferred Skills Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Basic photography, videography, and editing skills Strong eye for visual storytelling and social media trends Experience with writing long‑form content, such as blogs This internship will run from May through August at 25 hours per week and pays minimum $18/hour .
