Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity As a Social Media Marketing Specialist you make a difference by expanding and supporting the company brand in a variety of ways. This role will be responsible for maintaining daily activity and correspondence on existing social media sites and internal platforms, as well as collaborating with the Marketing Manager to create new ways to drive engagement, promote the brand, and assist with lead generation. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily activity and correspondence on existing social media sites and internal platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create new ways to drive engagement, promote the brand, and assist with lead generation. Provide positive and brand-focused communication to individuals who inquire about our company and our opportunities through social media channels. Assist potential candidates in learning about driving opportunities and convert interested candidates into informed applicants by effectively representing our company brand through all published communications. Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to manipulate existing graphics and create new materials using our brand style. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience with content management across all social media platforms, especially Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
