Marketing Specialist

PMI Kyoto Packaging Systems, Inc. – Marketing Specialist Salary: $54,800 per year. Responsibilities Communicating with marketing agencies. Managing company website updates and troubleshooting on Pantheon. Overseeing Pack Expo and other event marketing assets. Coordinating design vendors for signage, printed assets, and concept boards. Managing email advertising campaigns and distribution. Preparing PMI/KSS posters, product visuals, and concept boards. Overseeing Show pad organization and PMMI promotional requirements. Cleaning, updating, and maintaining customer databases. Managing proposal numbering systems. Compiling weekly and monthly management data reports. Maintaining matrices documentation. Overseeing proposals, FAT/SAT, and technical document control. Creating and maintaining technical documents, product documentation, and customer communication. Tracking shipments, spare parts, HTS codes, and logistics status. Managing and tracking leads from the website. Conducting Pack Expo booth planning and providing operational management support. Coordinating signage, graphic assets, video content, and printed materials for expos. Processing and cleaning post-show lead lists. Maintaining Pack Expo and Interphex website dashboards. Tracking total costs for trade shows. Managing materials preparation and project coordination. Communicating directly with customers regarding documentation, timelines, and shipment updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Management, Business IT, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in the offered job or in trading or marketing. Experience with ERP, CRM, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Trading Administration. Up to 10% domestic travel per year required.
