Job Description - Senior Marketing Content & Project Manager (2600001G) Job Description Senior Marketing Content & Project Manager - ( 2600001G ) Description This role manages a wide range of marketing projectsand initiativeswhile developing highquality, technicallyaccuratepromotional content that supports theCompany’sproducts,servicesand industrybrandposition. Responsibilities include creating andmaintainingmarketing materials,including but not limited toliterature, website content, social media,scripts, technical papers, white papers, and presentations - ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevanceof all materials. The role alsohelps drive newstrategicmarketing initiatives (launches,campaigns, etc.) whileensuringconsistent brand messagingand compliant usage across all external communications. ManageContent Marketingwiththe development of targeted, technicallyaccurate,and concise product/service messaging to support marketing initiatives Responsible for external websites (babcock.com, focaliti.com),sitecontent maintenance, platform migration and updates, newproduct, services or acquisition messaging and placement, site navigation, site language translations, geographictargeting for translating and localizing materials by marketas well as Search and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO and GEO) Promote cross-selling opportunities through integration of messages across all business units and product categories, throughout allappropriate media(website,literature, advertising, newsletters, trade show graphics, promotional videos, and digital marketing efforts) Drivesthe execution ofstrategicmarketinginitiatives(product launches, new market segmentpenetrations, etc.)– including properly alignedmessaging, brandstrategyand vision to meet the requirements of each market OverseeCompany and product line branding including the developmentand adherence tobranding standards, rebranding and brand integration transitional activities, trademark and intellectual property requirements, product packaging and labeling andsalescollateral Manageanddevelopcontent fortechnical papers and technical presentationsin support ofCompany’s participation in industry trade shows and conferences(reviewing, editing, publishing,and securing legal approvals) Oversee the deployment and physical/digital inventory of all promotional marketing collateral material and provide the necessary channels and tools for company-wide access These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree inBusiness,Marketing,Engineering,Communicationsor related field, orequivalent experience in lieu of a degree · 8+ years ofoverallexperience andsuccess atmanagingmarketingdevelopment activitiesand growth initiatives- working across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, including: · Including at least5 yearsofexperiencefocused ondeveloping and managingtechnical marketingcontentacross variousdigital and traditional platforms · Including at least3 years of experience managing budgets, vendors, teammembersand other resources · Including a minimum of1year ofexperienceusing AI tools (MS CoPilot, ChatGPT,etc) anddemonstratedproficiencyinuse ofthese toolsfor campaign content development and campaign optimization · Broad-mindedbusiness thinkerwithexceptional planning,executionand project-management skills · Highly-empatheticwithdemonstratedability toaccuratelyand courageouslyrepresentthe “voice of customer”to help crafthighly-targeted, motivatedMarketingmessagingand content. · Proventrack recordofdelivering projectssuccessfullyandin a timely mannerwithin available resources · Proactive,pragmaticand creative problem solver with strong attention to detail · Experiencewithglobal marketing initiativesacross the Americas,EMEAand APAC regions. · Proficiencyin MS Office andwebsite content management systemsrequired,experience in othercollaborativetools preferred, but notrequired.
