Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored warranty solutions for dealership partners, thereby expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
Manage the Finance/Sales process for each dealership, ensuring exceptional customer experience and industry-leading CSI.
Generate profitable F&I product income across multiple dealerships.
Maintain target penetration levels for all F&I benefits at assigned stores.
Follow and execute the trained F&I Manager turn process with daily/weekly oversight.
Assist stores in developing and implementing effective pay plans.
Train sales departments by demonstrating and executing “ups” with salespeople/sales managers to close car deals.
Perform quarterly and monthly reviews of dealer reinsurance/production and financial statements, identifying concerns and opportunities.
Ensure PRU and penetration goals are met and exceeded at each store.
Collaborate with the national training team to train sales processes and support achievement of sales goals.
Cultivate relationships and production in current accounts and secure referrals for new F&I business opportunities.
Assist dealerships in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training management positions.
Conduct regular store visits to train, take F&I turns, engage sales departments, and maximize opportunities.
Support dealerships in developing productive relationships with customers and lenders.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure automotive retail employees maximize their growth potential.
Qualifications
Front‑end knowledge and experience.
At least three years working for a dealership or agency as an F&I leader.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Proven track record in a sales hunter role, preferably in the automotive or warranty industry.
Strong prospecting and lead‑generation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
