
Territory Sales Manager Italy and Greece

Role Responsibilities
Help current business distribution channels, to achieve the budget
Provide technical and sales trainings in local language to Dealers and Endusers
Manage conflicts ensuring alignment with territory plan
Develop and implement new business strategies and programs, to capture new dealers and increase the existing one’s sales
Daily connect and lead the Italian sales team and cooperate with other internal functions
Regularly visit Customers and Prospects with the goal to gain market knowledge and create new business opportunities
Prepare reports as needed and share internally via CRM
Ensure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the Company
Travel Regular travel (min 50%) across Italy and Greece will be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree, preferably in technical or economic field
Master’s degree in a commercial area will be a plus
Min 5 years of experience in a Sales Role, preferably in B2B
Native Italian and good English (company language) is required
Ability to work efficiently from Home, ideally based in Centre of Italy
