We’re searching for a Relationship Executive to join our Sales team so we can drive the expansion of RLDatix solutions within emerging markets and smaller client segments. The role has an assigned quota and involves building and maintaining relationships with customers to facilitate business growth and achieve sales results. You’ll gain the autonomy to shape territory strategies, build foundational client relationships, and directly create new revenue streams.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Build and improve relationships with current and new customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate and inform about RLDatix's services
Understand client’s needs to strategically align them with our connected healthcare operations platform
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client’s expectations are met
Identify potential opportunities within assigned territory, as well as cross‑sell and up‑sell to existing customer base to facilitate business growth
Document and update customer accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce to ensure data integrity
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Prior experience in a quota‑carrying Sales role, ideally within a healthcare technology company
Knowledge of the SaaS sales methodology, exposure or experience with Miller Heiman approach is an asset
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
Strong interpersonal communication skills and commitment to working collaboratively
Superb organizational and attention to detail skills
Knowledge in how to use Microsoft software products, Salesforce experience is preferred
Ability to commute to local office twice a week and travel occasionally (within US & Canada)
