
Director, Supply Chain Finance

Premier Nutrition Company (PNC) is a fast‑growing proactive wellness company focused on protein shakes and powders. The Director, Supply Chain Finance will act as a finance co‑pilot to Supply Chain leadership, enabling near and long‑term profitable growth through advanced financial analytics across sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Supply Chain financial plans, forecasts, and drive reporting/analytics to support enterprise‑wide strategic and financial objectives.
Co‑pilot with Ops Leadership & cross‑functional teams through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle; calculate, consolidate and communicate ongoing Operations outlook and risks/opportunities.
Provide analytics across sourcing, manufacturing and logistics – volume/rate/mix variances vs. plan/forecast, forward outlook, and sensitivities.
Develop assumptions, models, and scenarios to influence key decisions while driving a risk‑intelligent culture; support long‑range planning initiatives such as network capacity expansion, margin management, digital transformation and supplier partnerships.
Develop and support productivity initiatives; provide key cost inputs for new product development.
Support the performance of two direct reports – develop, coach, and mentor.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 10+ years in Supply Chain Finance, preferably in the Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Skills: Highly skilled in Operations Finance; demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present key results verbally, in writing, and visually; effective meeting management; advanced proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, PowerPoint; experience with Adaptive, o9, BluePlanner, Tableau is a plus.
Compensation & Location Annual salary range: $200,000–$220,000 (variable based on experience, qualifications, geographic area and internal equity). The position is located in Emeryville, California, with a hybrid schedule requiring presence Tuesday through Thursday.
