Job Summary We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to join our team as Talent Coordinator. This position supports ownership by managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and creative responsibilities across multiple properties. The ideal coordinator brings a natural curiosity for the ever-evolving world of influencers, brands, and cultural trends, paired with strong social media instincts.
Must be located in greater Nashville area.
This position is hybrid/remote but local to Nashville, TN, with regular in-person meetings and events as part of the typical workweek. Occasional domestic travel may be required (up to 10%).
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, confidential, tech-savvy, and service-oriented, with strong initiative and the ability to juggle diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment. This role will support ownership in managing administrative, creative, and operational tasks.
Salary: $48k-55k/year
Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations
Support the CEO and Talent Manager with administrative tasks.
Manage ownership’s schedule and calendar.
Run business errands as needed.
Coordinate both business and personal travel arrangements.
May liaise with clients on behalf of the team to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging.
Financial & Contract Administration
Responsible for sending, receiving, and tracking contracts and content related to client operations.
Log and organize financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documents.
Training & Development
Gain exposure to the influencer and talent management industry.
Receive on-the-job mentorship from the CEO and Talent Manager to build relevant skills.
Creative Support & Execution
Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms to assist in the creation and upkeep of client media kits, company email communications, and company’s social media content.

Professional & Confidential: Able to handle sensitive information, respond appropriately, and maintain professional boundaries while being approachable.
Tech‑Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable learning and using a range of office tools and apps. Familiar with Microsoft Office products, Canva, and general office software.
Strong Communicator: Clear, courteous, and effective in both verbal and written communication.
Strong Discernment & Judgment: Exercises sound judgment in high‑pressure or ambiguous situations. Capable of distinguishing between urgent and important matters, reading people and situations accurately, and acting with integrity.
Adaptable & Self‑Motivated: Thrives in a dynamic setting, capable of adapting to shifting priorities and anticipating needs without being micromanaged.
Requirements
1+ years of relevant administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets, Canva (with examples to share)
Must be located in the greater Nashville, TN area.
Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and provide professional references.
Must complete a personality test and attention‑to‑detail test.
