Senior Sales Executive

Hilton Displays is seeking a high-performing National Sales Executive to drive strategic growth across key verticals including retail, financial services, hospitality, and multi-site brands. This role is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and positioning Hilton Displays as a premier partner for signage, branding conversions, and ongoing maintenance programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with experience selling complex, multi-location projects and managing long-cycle deals involving multiple stakeholders. Business Development

Identify and pursue new national and regional account opportunities across target industries (retail, QSR, banking, storage, hospitality, etc.) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Lead outbound efforts including prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach campaigns Develop tailored sales strategies for enterprise-level clients and national rollouts Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and key clients Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (facilities, construction, procurement, brand/marketing teams) Understand client needs and position Hilton Displays as a strategic partner—not just a vendor Solution Selling

Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, project management) to develop customized proposals Present comprehensive signage and branding solutions including fabrication, installation, and maintenance Lead presentations, pitch meetings, and proposal reviews Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across various stages Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to execution Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client expansion plans Identify opportunities tied to rebrands, acquisitions, and national rollout programs Qualifications:

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in signage, construction, facilities services, or related industries) Proven success selling to multi-location or enterprise clients Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and stakeholder management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results Preferred

Experience with national signage programs, branding conversions, or facilities maintenance contracts Existing relationships within target industries (retail, banking, hospitality, storage, etc.) Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes Experience responding to RFPs and managing large-scale opportunities
