
Sales Development & Inside Sales Lead (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany

We're looking for an experienced inside sales / Lead who will own and grow our inside sales engine, growing and coaching a team that consistently books qualified meetings with senior engineering stakeholders at companies like BMW, Airbus, and NASA.
What You Will Do At Synera, you'll work closely with Ubaldo, our CRO, to take our international SDR function to the next level across Europe, US, and in the future APAC. This is a hands‑on leadership role: You'll hire, coach, and develop SDRs while also rolling up your sleeves to test new approaches, refine messaging, and optimize our outbound motion. You'll build the processes, playbooks, and culture that turn cold prospects into a warm pipeline, consistently and at scale.
What a week at Synera could look like
Drive pipeline generation: You own pipe contribution target as percentage of total pipe, and ensure your team consistently hits and exceeds targets. You own forecast accuracy and funnel conversion improvements.
Hands‑on experimentation: You test new outbound channels, messaging approaches, and sequences. You're building the go‑to‑market engine alongside your team.
Coaching and enablement: You build and scale team from 4 to 8 SDRs/BDRs within this year.
Coaching and enablement: You review calls (in both English and German), provide actionable feedback, and develop your team's skills to improve conversion rates and meeting quality.
Process and operational excellence: You build scalable systems, playbooks, and workflows that enable your team to perform at their best while maintaining quality as you grow.
Cross‑functional collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Team culture: You foster a results‑driven, collaborative environment where SDRs feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow in their careers.
What’s in it for you? We believe in transparent conversations about compensation from the start. For this role, our planned salary range is: 80,000-110,000€ (OTE). We determine the level we hire you for based on your experience, the scope of responsibilities you'll take on, and the impact you can drive. You're fluent in English and German is a plus – you need to coach German‑speaking SDRs and review their calls effectively.
You're hands‑on and results‑driven: You don't just set targets, you model excellence, jump on calls, and test new approaches alongside your team.
You have strong operational skills: building processes, analyzing data, optimizing conversion funnels, and making evidence‑based decisions.
