Insurance Sales Representative (Hybrid → Remote) Compensation: $18–$20/hour + Commission Background: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Financial Services Representatives. This role begins as a hybrid position during training, offering hourly pay plus commission, and transitions into a fully remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial protection and planning solutions Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial service products Assist clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their needs and goals Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and ongoing support Participate in training and development programs Work toward personal production goals with opportunities for advancement into leadership What We’re Looking For Prior customer service experience is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Professional, reliable, and coachable Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid and remote setting Licensing Requirements Must currently hold a Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one with guidance and support Compensation & Growth $18–$20/hour plus commission during the training period Transition to a remote, commission-based structure with uncapped income potential Performance-based advancement opportunities, including leadership and agency growth Ongoing mentorship, training, and professional development This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to move beyond traditional roles, take control of their income, and build a career with long-term growth potential.
