The
Demand Generation Manager
will take full ownership of the demand engine — from first touch through to sales handoff — designing the systems, campaigns, and attribution models that drive predictable pipeline growth.
What will you be doing:
Build and scale multi‑channel demand programmes across email, webinars, nurture and content syndication
Lead continuous experimentation across messaging, channels and conversion paths
Develop sophisticated HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages and lead scoring models
Own full‑funnel attribution and translate insights into revenue decisions
Partner with sales to refine MQL to SQL conversion and accelerate deal velocity
You Will bring:
2–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand or growth marketing
Ideally HubSpot capability including automation and reporting
Demonstrated pipeline impact beyond vanity metrics
Strong analytical skills with confidence in attribution modelling
Compelling copywriting and campaign messaging ability
