
Senior Valuations Specialist

About the Role
Senior Valuation Specialist responsible for applying principles of valuation for all commercial real estate property types. Works in a hybrid role based out of the local office.
Responsibilities
Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed‑end funds, lenders, etc.
Work with Team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
Gather pertinent data through client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
Assist with preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
3–5 years of related work experience.
Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree.
CRE experience/background relevant to the role.
Team‑player mentality with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation Annual salary range: 100% commission‑based compensation.
