In this role, you will lead digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable growth for LARQ, a fast‑growing consumer brand. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to guide the development of high‑performing creative assets, while also diving deep into performance data to optimize advertising budgets and customer acquisition costs. Partnering with sales channel leaders, you will help generate traffic and conversion across both online and offline points of sale. Your work will have a direct and significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory. This position is ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our San Mateo, CA office. You will report directly to the SVP Commercial, the highest commercial role which enables fast decision making. This position offers a high degree of ownership and rapid decision‑making in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. 3) JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Meta : You actively manage LARQ’s Meta advertising account, including campaign creation, budget adjustments, and ongoing optimization. You proactively identify and recommend improvements, and work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure efficient performance. TikTok : You actively manage LARQ’s TikTok advertising account, including campaigns driving to livelarq.com as well as TikTok Shop. You create campaigns, adjust budgets, optimize performance, and propose data‑driven improvements. You collaborate closely with the TikTok Shop team to ensure strong and efficient results. Creative : You partner with the Marketing team to identify winning creative assets. Using performance data, you proactively recommend new formats, hooks, and copy variations. The Marketing team then produces these creatives based on your insights. Google : You collaborate with our external agency and steer them toward company goals. You analyze performance data, provide strategic recommendations, and guide overall budget decisions. Amazon : At LARQ, we see a high correlation between ad spend on Meta/TikTok and both (i) sessions and (ii) revenue on Amazon. You work closely with the Amazon team to leverage this correlation and drive incremental traffic to the channel. Retail : Your Meta and TikTok activities also influence traffic to retail partners. You collaborate with the Retail team to help drive additional qualified traffic to those stores. New advertising platforms : You are naturally curious and eager to explore emerging channels, continuously evaluating and testing new opportunities. 4) YOUR PROFILE

Character: Natural curiosity : You are genuinely fascinated by eCommerce and digital advertising. You naturally dive into podcasts, books, communities, and expert discussions because you love staying on the cutting edge. Intrinsic motivation : You operate with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to create meaningful impact. You get energized when you unlock efficiencies and scale advertising spend profitably. Analytical mindset : You are highly analytical and exceptional with numbers. You don’t take metrics at face value - you understand the context behind them and use that insight to guide smarter decisions. Creative intuition : You grasp human psychology and have a strong sense for what makes content resonate, engage, and go viral. Requirements and qualifications: Managing Meta & TikTok accounts : Ideally, you bring 3-6 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising accounts. Experience operating at scale (e.g., $3M+ annual spend) is a strong plus. Google Ads : Experience independently running a Google Ads account or managing an external agency is a bonus. General work experience : You have 5-10 years of professional experience. Strong backgrounds include eCommerce, digital advertising, data analytics, management consulting, or investment banking. Collaborate cross-functionally : Experience working in a diverse team to develop and present clear, actionable recommendations that simplify complex information and enable efficient, informed decision-making University degree : Not required but considered a significant advantage. 5) WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS

Location : Hybrid work with 3 days per week in our San Mateo, CA office is highly encouraged Benefits : Benefits include Medical / Dental / Vision, FSA and HSA options, and 401(k) with a company match Salary range : This role's targeted hiring salary range is between $110k to $140k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
