In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance dual credit enrollment and student outcomes. You will work collaboratively with K-12 partners, college departments, and external agencies to foster access and success for students engaging in college-level coursework while in high school. Your leadership will be crucial to optimizing operational effectiveness across various educational programs. Accountabilities

Provide strategic direction for dual credit initiatives within the institution.

Lead efforts to improve dual credit infrastructure and streamline technology usage.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality dual credit programming.

Manage relationships with K-12 school districts and community partners to expand access.

Oversee operational planning and policy development for dual credit offerings.

Monitor student performance and use data to recommend program improvements.

Lead implementation teams for continuous improvement of dual credit programming.

Represent the institution at events with various educational and community stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulations and institutional policies regarding dual credit.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in education, public administration, business, or related fields.

Five years of experience in higher education, K-12 partnerships, or dual credit programs.

Deep knowledge of dual credit and early college policies.

Experience in large-scale program management and strategic planning.

Familiarity with technology platforms for recruitment and data analysis.

Strong interpersonal communication abilities with diverse audiences.

Understanding of the K-16 educational pipeline and student success transition points.

Demonstrated ability to lead change in a complex environment.
