Sales Assistant I – BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy
Hybrid:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance of an office.
Shift:
8:00am-5:00pm EST & 11:00am-8:00pm EST
The Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to the sales force, including typing, filing, faxing, mailing, and other tasks as assigned.
How you will make an impact:
Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency by taking accurate messages and routing calls properly.
Prepare and log proposals.
Maintain supplies.
Research and resolve routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.
Assemble and distribute open enrollment packets; gather, input, and track sales data.
Generate sales reports.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Specialty pharmacy experience.
Call center experience.
Salary range: $19.10 - $28.65 (depending on location and experience). Locations: California, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Washington State.
