Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing general contractor specializing in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America, and more.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. The role requires travel throughout the East Coast.

Job Requirements
MUST HAVE
Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
Experience with ground-up projects
ProCore experience
Ability to travel throughout the East Coast
