We are currently looking for an

Account Sales Representative (ASR)

to join our Women’s Health sales team.

The ASR is responsible for service and sales support activities that drive market adoption and business growth. The role supports Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) in increasing revenue and market development through direct sales to medical professionals. Key responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships, creating strategic business plans, and supporting product launches.

Primary Responsibilities

Support CFS with a focus on closing business.

Work with assigned CFS to maintain and support existing customers.

Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem‑solving.

Promote quality client‑patient relations and serve as a role model for others.

Respect and maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information.

Follow compliance procedures and participate in compliance training.

Communicate with Natera staff and customers to ensure quality.

Maintain and support a service‑oriented relationship with customers.

Utilize personal and professional skills to promote excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Award‑winning sales professional with individual achievements.

Bright, flexible, self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.

Sense of urgency and strong desire to thrive in a startup environment.

Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to internal and external customers.

Effective time‑management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $60,000‑$70,000 USD plus uncapped quarterly commission.
