Sales Support Representative

to join our team!

This position must be performed on‑site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. Everyone receives three flexible remote days per month and six additional Friday PTO days each year, plus half‑day Fridays every week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and support via phone, chat, and email

Help onboard new agents by processing contracting paperwork

Provide ongoing day‑to‑day assistance to agents using various systems, products, and procedures

Meet daily performance standards

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

One year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency, or brokerage

Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management

Experience that will give you a head start

Experience in a call center environment

Previous sales experience

Understanding customer objections and how to resolve customer issues

Ability to establish strong relationships with customers

Coordinating cross‑functional work with other departments (i.e., Marketing, Commissions, or New Business departments)

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
