About the Position
We are looking for 1-2 motivated, curious, passionate young adults to join Restored Living as an intern this summer, with the hope that you continue into the Fall semester.
Restored Living is building what we believe is the cure for the housing crisis – enabling middle‑income earners to finally be able to afford a home through co‑buying. By pooling down‑payment funds and splitting monthly costs, anybody has the ability to compete with investors and purchase property rather than spending years on rent. For those who want to live near their friends, live with roommates for a few years or be part of a community, co‑buying is the route to owning a home at the same cost as rent. Restored Living’s mission is to lower the barriers to co‑buying, helping groups determine their priorities and goals upfront, and identify properties that are priced, sized and situated as ideal co‑living options.
Responsibilities
Assist with business development activities.
Help source and evaluate properties for co‑buying opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to finalize specific tasks during the interview process.
Requirements The role requires flexibility, willingness to learn, and pride in the work you do.
Benefits
Modest monthly stipend.
Revenue sharing for all deals closed during your tenure.
Schedule & Reporting This is a hybrid role: 1–2 days in person in Boston and 1–2 days remote, for a total of 10 hrs per week. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with our team of 4.
