
Lead Business Consultant, Actimize

Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Business Consultant to join our Global Cloud Services team at NICE Actimize. This role is centered around end-to-end business development and consultative services focused on financial crime solutions. You’ll be instrumental in driving business transformation, increasing adoption of NICE Actimize technologies, and delivering measurable impact through our Business Consulting methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Driving growth opportunities and supporting go-to-market strategies for Cloud Services
Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Leading and managing consulting engagements across global teams
Providing direct and indirect consulting tailored to client needs
Mentoring team members and ensuring quality assurance
Developing actionable implementation plans
Delivering consulting services in financial crime prevention and performance improvement
Ensuring measurable business impact and ROI for clients
Promoting NICE Actimize solutions in collaboration with product and sales teams
Building relationships within the partner ecosystem
Qualifications
8+ years of business consulting experience in financial crime within a services firm, consulting firm, regulatory body, or large financial institution
Subject matter expertise in financial crime, performance management, business analysis, and training
Proven business development experience with services-led solutions
Strong track record in opportunity development and service sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MBA/MSc preferred; BA/BS required
Professional compliance qualification from ICA or CAMS is a must
Interpersonal Skills
Strong mentoring and team development capabilities
Exceptional customer-facing and consultative selling skills
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
High accountability and commitment to service excellence
Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in dynamic environments
Skilled at managing multiple priorities with a solution-oriented mindset
Clear and persuasive communicator
Technical/Domain Knowledge & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Expertise in database operations and SQL
Deep understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, and/or Fraud Detection
Familiarity with strategy, operations, and data analysis methodologies
