Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience with stakeholder management.

5 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree in quantitative coursework (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience leading ambiguous global initiatives. Experience building partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align and influence priorities.

Experience leading and developing a global team through transformational change and technical transitions.

Experience using technology and a curiosity for artificial intelligence/LLM applications to inspire proactive business change rather than reactive adjustments.

Ability using data tools (e.g., SQL) and modeling principles to deliver insights and recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical models into narratives for stakeholders.

About The Job As the Go-To-Market Innovation - Core and Performance Lead, you are the architect of the foundational Go-To-Market (GTM) engine powering Google Customer Solutions. Your scope covers mission-critical infrastructure and models including Eligibility, Segmentation, Assignments, and Team Configuration alongside sales-facing products like Google Customer Solutions Staffing and GroundControl. This role carries a dual-horizon mandate: delivering immediate impact while pioneering the future. You will optimize current workflows while simultaneously architecting the Resource Strategy and Management goals for Google Customer Solutions, transforming bespoke systems of assignments, staffing, and annual planning into a holistic, always-on orchestrator for how we deploy resources. You are a catalyst using Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and operations automation to inspire business changes through technology unlocks that land global strategies with unprecedented scale and agility. By partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure that our technology connects the right expertise to the right business at the right time, ensuring every Google Customer Solutions customer wins with Google Ads, which in turn ensures Google wins too.

Responsibilities

Design and land global initiatives for Eligibility, Segmentation, Assignments, and Staffing to ensure our GTM engine accurately identifies and supports customer growth at scale.

Drive the roadmap for the next generation of assignment ranking models and segmentation logic to modernize how we pair Google expertise with customer needs.

Lead high-impact AI/LLM and Operations Automation strategies that unlock unprecedented team efficiency, allowing GCS to scale its impact and evolve alongside our customers' businesses.

Lead a high-performing global team through a massive AI transformation, fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking to solve GTM issues.

Deliver executive communications that align GCS and GBO stakeholders on how our technical infrastructure directly enables customer success and long-term business health. Build enduring cross-functional partnerships to ensure our technology solutions are centered on the success of our users and partners.
