Commercial Lending Sr. Manager - US REMOTE
NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lending professional to join our team remotely in the United States. Candidates must be legal residents of the United States.
The Role As a Senior Manager within the Lending Practice, you will work collaboratively with a client‑facing team to deliver value to our banking and financial services clients. Your responsibilities include managing large‑scale projects, providing technical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and driving business solutions that support our clients’ digital, data, and transformational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large‑scale projects with complex business or technical issues.
Operate as a technical expert or advisor for one or more applications.
Participate in (and may lead) projects requiring in‑depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Regularly mentor and review work of less experienced employees.
Execute schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects conclude successfully.
Initiate corrective action to stay on project schedules.
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates and participate in sales and proposal presentations.
Assist with project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and post‑project review.
Participate and often lead process improvement task forces.
Contribute to the development of leading‑edge consulting solutions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with executives in targeted companies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
5+ years in commercial lending.
2+ years of experience leading or participating in IT projects supporting core banking functions such as bank modernization, core financial services, M&A, wealth management, GRC, consent order and response, data and analytics, mobile banking, and digital transformation.
Flexibility to travel 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience and expertise with industry standard technology platforms, including AFSVision, LoanIQ, and nCino.
2+ years of experience at a Management Consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) with daily customer engagement and delivery excellence.
Global cross‑functional team working experience.
Product configuration and design knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $132,098 – $234,840. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the United States. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
