About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Social Media to define and drive a social strategy that elevates the brand's presence and sets a new standard for social engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end social presence, including strategy, voice, content, execution, and performance across various platforms. This role involves owning the social narrative, defining platform-specific strategies, and unlocking the content flywheel to maximize reach and community connection. The Head of Social Media will also lead the development of owned and operated channels, partner with the community team, and drive significant year-over-year follower and engagement growth.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading social media strategy, with a proven track record of creating culturally resonant social moments. Deep platform expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is essential, as is the ability to manage high-volume content pipelines and lead a high-performing social team. The role requires a genuine passion for social media, strong collaboration instincts, and a sharp brand-first approach to mission-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will be LA-based or willing to relocate, with the availability for meaningful travel to brand events. Exceptional written communication skills and a strong point of view on social presence are also key requirements.
