About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Executive Creative Director to lead the transformation of its in-house creative organization. The successful candidate will be a senior creative leader with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performance creative teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of culture, with a focus on delivering world-class, relevant, and impactful creative work across various channels. The VP, ECD will be responsible for setting the creative vision, driving bold brand ideas, and connecting creativity to business outcomes. They must be adept at blending brand storytelling, social content, and experiential design, and be comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and performance.

Key responsibilities for the role include owning and evolving the brand's creative expression, building and running a modern creative engine, and actively shaping cultural conversations. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of creative leadership experience, with a strong understanding of social-first ecosystems and digital platforms. They should be AI-fluent and open to new creative production models, with the ability to influence executive decision-making and lead a team with a culture of ownership, clarity, and high expectations.
