Data Entry Specialist - Financial Auditing
Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay Rate: Up to $34/hr.
Position Type: Contract to start through Randstad.
Target Start Date: 5/18/2026.
Pay: $30 - $34 per hour.
Shift: First.
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM.
Education: Bachelors.
We are looking for someone who brings a mix of technical skill and a "can-do" attitude:
Experienced: solid grasp of operational targets and work within established guidelines.
Detail-Oriented: eye for catching problems and discretion to make minor changes to improve processes.
Flexible: navigate ambiguity and willing to provide late or after-hours coverage for critical fund events when needed.
Organized: top-notch time-management skills, prioritizing high volumes and service levels effectively.
Responsibilities
Process High-Impact Transactions: Handle sensitive specialty functions including Mutual Fund to ETF conversions and delayed settlements. Problem Solve: Research and resolve complex client issues related to non-automated trading platforms. Lead & Consult: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical knowledge and coaching fellow crew members on specialty functions. Drive Improvement: Analyze trends to identify issues and proactively develop solutions to improve service levels. Be the "Swiss Army" Support: Provide versatile assistance across various Strategic Operation departments. Skills
