Job Summary
NBPureis hiring a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, storytelling, and execution of our social presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Creative, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows upon social—balancing creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes. We arelooking for a strategic, hands-on creatorto build and scale our social media presence. You’reequalparts storyteller, content producer, and operator—able to translate brandand businessobjectivesinto engaging, platform-native content that drives both connection and conversion. Key Responsibilities
Own social channels end-to-end, includingstrategy, content planning, publishing, and performance analysis Develop and executequarterly social strategiesaligned to brand, campaign, and business goals Define and forecastKPIs, growth targets, and channel budgets Build scalable systems forcontent ideation, production, scheduling, and reporting Continuously analyze performance tooptimizecontent, cadence, and channel strategy Evaluate and manage social tools, platforms, and external partners to support speed and scale Content & Creative Development
Lead ideation and development of abest-in-class social content calendar, balancing brand storytelling, education, and performance-driven content Own social copy and ensure all content is aligned withbrand voice, tone, and messaging standards Concept, script, shoot, and edithigh-performing, social-first contentacross platforms (TikTok, Reels, Stories, Feed) Createshort-form video contentacross formats (UGC-style, educational, aspirational, trend-driven, and culturally relevant) Write compellinghooks, captions, and scriptsoptimizedfor engagement and conversion Develop clear, strategiccreative briefsand partner cross-functionally to bring concepts to life Stay ahead of trends and translate them intoon-brand, performance-driven content opportunities Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as thesocial expert, bringing a strong point of view on platform trends, content strategy, and performance Partner closely withtheBrand teamto ensurecohesive storytelling across allplatforms Lead agile workflows to capitalize onreal-time trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities Establish processes that balancespeed, quality, and brand integrity Community, Partnerships & Growth
Actively manage and engage with our community throughcomments, DMs, reposts, and conversation Build and nurture relationships withcreators, influencers, and brand partners Identifyand executecollaborations, partnerships, and co-branded activations Support and amplify key brand moments, launches, and events through social Qualifications
3+ years of experience insocial media and content creation Deep understanding of platform-native content and social trends ProficiencyinSprout Social, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing apps Expertisein creating social-first video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate brand into compelling content Highly strategic and data-driven, with a bias toward testing and iteration Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growthenvironment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick leave (total of 3 weeks) Opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on the company Room for career development in a fast-growing, dynamic industry
