Position Overview We’re looking for a talented
Art Director
to lead our visual brand across digital, print, packaging, video and campaigns. This role combines hands‑on design with art direction, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality execution across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate excels in both concept and craft, collaborates well across teams, and can manage multiple projects—from campaign ideation and motion content to digital assets, packaging, and visual media direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Brand Identity: Art direct, design, and evolve our visual brand across products, sub‑brands, and community initiatives
Drive Campaigns: Collaborate on marketing strategy and lead or create high‑impact campaigns and communications, including campaign ideation, storyboarding, and concept development
Maintain Brand Standards: Manage our style guide, ensuring consistency in color palette, logo use, messaging, and multi‑channel creative execution
Oversee Quality: Provide quality assurance for in‑house and sourced creative production across design, video, and digital assets
Design, Graphics & Digital Content
Graphic Design: Create packaging, labeling, brochures, rack cards, digital and social media ads, tradeshow booths and collateral, and other digital/print assets
Create Digital Assets: Produce website layouts, graphics, and social media assets; refresh digital elements to keep them modern, engaging, and optimized for performance
Deliver assets to marketing channels and external partners
Video, Motion & Visual Media
Guide Visual Media: Direct creative vision in photo and video production
Video Production: Plan, direct, and support video shoots including scripting, shot lists, lighting direction, and set oversight
Video Editing: Edit videos for product launches, tutorials, ads, social campaigns, interviews, and brand storytelling
Motion Graphics: Create simple animations, transitions, and motion elements to elevate video and digital assets
Manage Production: Oversee print and packaging production with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timelines
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, printers, and creative partners
Logo Design: Design new brand and product logos when needed
Required Qualifications
7+ years in graphic design, plus 2+ years leading a creative team
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools for video editing and motion
Expertise in ad design, layout principles, web graphics, publication design, and print production processes
Strong video production and editing capabilities, including filming, basic lighting, and post‑production workflow
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset
Relationship‑building skills with team members, photographers, editors, print vendors, and creative partners
Passion for photography/filmmaking (a big plus) / eager to learn the industry
Experience in retail and product marketing (preferred)
