Our client is seeking a
Technical Product & Key Account Manager
to drive growth and market positioning for their advanced
electronic/industrial product line used in semiconductor defect detection and inspection . This is a high-impact, hybrid role blending
key account management, business development, and product management . You’ll own strategic customer relationships, influence product direction, and help bring complex technical solutions to market. Key Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers Build long-term relationships and drive customer retention Understand customer applications and translate needs into business opportunities Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical issues Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements Business Development & Market Strategy
Identify and develop new markets, applications, and customer segments Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends Build business cases and contribute to strategic growth plans Drive revenue growth and margin improvement across the product line Support global sales teams with product expertise and market insights Product Management
Define and execute product line strategy and roadmap Collaborate with R&D and engineering on product development Manage full product lifecycle (launch, growth, phase-out) Develop technical product materials (presentations, guides, collateral) Digital & Content Ownership
Create and maintain product-related website and digital content Translate technical specs into customer-friendly messaging Partner with marketing on campaigns, launches, and communications What They’re Looking For
Experience
5+ years in
product management, key account management, or technical business development Background in a
technical/industrial environment
(electronics, semiconductor, instrumentation, etc.) Proven experience managing technical customers or product portfolios Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering or related field MBA is a plus Skills
Strong technical acumen with the ability to simplify complex concepts Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitive analysis Commercial experience with pricing, contracts, and negotiations Ability to work cross‑functionally in a global environment Strong organizational and project management skills Why This Role
