Responsibilities Here, we go where our Sales team takes us. The conductor of that train is our Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative is the focal point in establishing and maintaining working relationships with our customers. The primary responsibility of an OSR is to increase sales revenues and margins through effective territory management; however, it is the exemplary service to our customers that makes our Outside Sales Representatives champions within our industry.

Must live in Richmond, Hampton or surrounding areas

2 night a week on the road

Travel radius of 300 mile

Working some evenings with Customer facing Actives (dinners)

Multitasking

Computer skills

Car Allowance provided

Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.

If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.

Minimum of one-year experience as an outside sales representative selling business to business.

CRM Experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations within last 3 years on driving record.

Overnight travel is required.

Length of Service Award

Compensation Compensation Range: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
