to the team.

What You’ll Do
Lead and review complex tax engagements and returns
Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
Own client relationships and deliver high-quality service
Drive tax planning strategies and collaborate with A&A teams
Manage and delegate large engagements to tax staff
Represent clients before taxing authorities when needed
Stay ahead of tax law changes and advise clients accordingly
Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Contribute to business development and firm growth
What You Bring
7–10 years of public accounting experience with progressive tax responsibility
Experience with complex tax engagements and client advisory
Prior experience supervising and developing staff
Experience representing clients before taxing authorities
CPA license (active and in good standing)
Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
What To Expect
Occasional travel for client meetings and events
Some overtime throughout the year
Busy season (Jan–April) may require 55+ hours/week
