About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Multifamily Operations to spearhead the strategic transition to a fully integrated, in-house property management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the existing luxury multifamily rental portfolio and upcoming developments, ensuring operational consistency and performance. This role involves direct oversight of luxury rental properties, preparing for lease-up efforts of new construction assets, and building the necessary infrastructure, systems, and processes to support long-term scalability. The Vice President will also manage on-site teams, implement best-in-class operating procedures, and collaborate with asset management, development, and leasing teams to drive operational excellence.

Candidates for the Vice President position should have 10-15+ years of experience in multifamily property management with a strong leadership background. Experience in building or transitioning to an in-house property management platform is highly preferred, as is a proven ability to manage teams across multiple properties and locations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving NOI performance, is essential. Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar is also required. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and experience in supporting lease-up or ground-up development projects is a plus.
