Compensation
Expected salary range: $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience. Includes bonus program and 401(k) with company match.

Primary Purpose of Position Implements and supports the plans for the Constellation Nuclear Training technology strategy. Serves as a Clean Energy Center (CEC) specialist in curricula development activities involving the implementation of Constellation’s Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model and procedural requirements for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation that provide guidance to CEC instructors. Provides expertise in analyzing training problems and developing solutions relative to NRC, INPO, and training department requirements, with a focus on training program effectiveness and staff development. Provides oversight of the self‑assessment program for the training department.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Implement and support the training technology strategy and oversee the implementation of Constellation training efficiency improvements related to e‑learning and software/hardware technology upgrades.
Support In‑Processing, including teaching courses as needed.
Provide expertise to support/mentor instructors in developing training programs in compliance with NRC, INPO, corporate, and department requirements; conduct instructor evaluations and recommend developmental activities for improvement.
Oversee and support fleet qualification tracking processes.
Support project management for implementation of CEC training technology improvements.
Develop and conduct CEC‑specific continuing instructional skills and performance improvement training for instructional staff and subject matter experts; support instructor and manager selection and recommend purchase of instructional support materials and equipment.
Oversee the training self‑assessment program to ensure quality evaluations are performed at a frequency to preclude CEC issues; participate in NRC, INPO, and management audits/assessments, evaluate results, and prepare responses to audit findings.
Support benchmarking initiatives and periodically assess the effectiveness of technology implementation strategies.
Support CEC and fleet activities in business plan initiatives, project management, re‑fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and support of outage activities outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years of related experience.
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years of related experience.
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years of related experience.
High school diploma or GED with 7 years of related experience.
Maintain minimum access requirements (or unescorted access requirements, as applicable) and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the implementation of information technology.
Experience in instructional technology.
Previous instructional experience.
Knowledge of Asset Suite 9, Learning Management System (LMS), web‑based training, Vision, Nantel, Business Process Management (BPM), and other IT/training applications.
Knowledge of and experience with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
