.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.* 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT Consulting, Oracle Applications Consulting.* Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations.* Thorough understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, including CRM, CPQ and ERP technologies.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.* Demonstrated ability to partner with business and technical teams to deliver measurable results.* Consulting background with focus on large scale IT implementations* Experience with related technologies: Salesforce, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and/or Oracle Fusion.* Familiarity with sales strategy, pricing strategy, revenue recognition, and approval workflow design.* Strategic thinking and business acumen* Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities* Excellent stakeholder management* Effective communicator with executive presence* Results-driven and data-oriented mindset* AND 5+ years experience working in a technology industry* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
